Community Health Connection will be offering four six week sessions of this class. During each six week session, you will learn how to get the most out of your meals and practice applying what you’ve learned at home.

Each Cooking Matters for Adults class will be led by a team of volunteers. They are trained to help you find changes you can make to your eating, cooking and food-shopping habits. Volunteers will include chefs, nutritionists and other community members. While volunteers will share what they know best, they will also seek your input.
